Snow and Strong to Dangerous Winds Tonight into Sunday Afternoon with Near Blizzard Conditions at Times;

> Snow Accumulations of 4-7 inches; Northwest winds 25-25 mph with gusts to 55 mph; Temperatures teens tonight and Sunday to around 2-9 below zero Sunday night; Wind Chill 25-30 below zero from Sunday night into Monday morning; Visibilities ¼ to ½ mile or less at times.

> Snow becoming heavy at times tonight into early Sunday morning before tapering off by noon Sunday. Considerable blowing and drifting snow is likely late tonight through Sunday.
