Seniors

The Greenwood Lake NY Seniors will hold its “Senior Prom” at the Greenwood Lake Library on May 6, 2010, from 5-8PM, hosted by The Friends of the Library. This gala event will include a seven-course sit-down dinner, including coffee and dessert (courtesy of many of our local restaurants & businesses) with dancing and the pre-reception Big Band music on the lawn under the tents!

Tickets are $13.00 per person or $25.00 per couple (a couple is defined as spouse or significant other). All proceeds will benefit the Library. Tickets go on sale soon in the Library’s Youth Study Center. Seating is limited; early ticket purchase is highly recommended! Because of the overwhelming response that we experienced over the last three years, ticket sales are restricted to Greenwood Lake residents until mid-April. Then ticket sales will open up to any non-resident senior. We cannot hold seats for anyone. You must come in to the Library to pay for your ticket and you must be a senior. No more than (2) tickets will be sold to any one person. Sixty tickets available!
