Mayor’s Column

June 11, 2013

If you were in or around Greenwood Lake this past weekend then you noticed the same thing that I did — We had a tremendous street fair. We had more vendors and fair-goers than ever. The weather cooperated and the day was a great success for our local merchants, tourists and residents as we all enjoyed one of Greenwood Lake’s  many traditions; the street fair. The fair would not have been such a success without the hard work of local merchant, Eric Kelm, his wife and Deputy Mayor Kelli Kelm, as well as all of the vendors and merchants who worked at the event on the sunny Saturday afternoon. Well done, everyone.

Concert Series and event cards are now complete and available at Village Hall. Be sure to stop by and pick up the list of events that we’ll be having throughout the summer at our waterfront beach. All concerts are free to attend and we hope to see everyone there!
